How to Handle Stress and Anxiety

Alright, we’ve all been there. It’s that week during the semester when it feels like everything is happening at once and there’s no other end game than the world collapsing on top of you. I know for me personally, I get so overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done that I won’t actually start doing anything and I’ll procrastinate until it’s nearly 1am and I haven’t started any of my work for the next day, let alone thought about getting ahead. Everybody feels this way sometimes, that’s just part of being in college. September Q&A

Happy Friday y’all! You made it through the week and I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am that it’s the weekend. I’ve been wanting to get everything together and post for a looonngg time but when I had time and ideas, my computer was out of commission. Once I got it back, I had exactly 0 free minutes in my day to write a blog post. I’ve decided that I’m going to try to dedicate my 1-hour gap between classes to blogging (assuming I don’t have anything else that needs to be done immediately). This gives me a nice creative break in my day and also allows me to actually get blog posts up and ready for y’all. For my first school-year post, I’m going to do a q&a from things you asked my on my instagram story, but I bet you guessed that from reading the title of the post. At this point, I’m just rambling so let’s go ahead and get into it!
